12/18/2019
Ashlar Development and Wildridge, a unique master-planned community in Oak Point, hosted Home for the Holidays on Saturday, December 14. More than 500 residents and the public came together to enjoy this free, family-friendly event and experience Wildridge’s popular lifestyle program, designed to forge lifelong friendships and to allow people of all ages to experience the great outdoors.
This holiday-themed event included photo opportunities with Santa and Mrs. Claus, story time and a bell choir, snow hill for sledding, food trucks including Easy Sliders & Pappy’s Mobile Cafe, horse-drawn carriage rides, a hot chocolate bar with all the fixing – marshmallows, candy, whipped cream, an ornament crafting station and more!
The event raised money and supplies for Denton County Friends of the Family, an organization dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive services to those impacted by relationship violence and sexual assault.
