At Wildridge, our goal is to get residents outdoors and active within the community while creating a healthy lifestyle. Our full-time lifestyle director and onsite community manager plan a wide variety of events every month to help residents create strong bonds and lasting friendships.
Family Events
Kids of all ages can enjoy family-friendly events like pool playdates, food trucks, paws & pups picnic, ice cream social, karaoke, dive-in movie, holiday stroll, silent disGLOW and cultural events like Diwali.
Adult events
Young adults to retirees will enjoy delightful events that gather friends and neighbors like murder mystery parties, yoga, trivia contests, cooking classes and even out of town trips to breweries and sporting events.

Lifestyle Director
Kids of all ages can enjoy family-friendly events like pool playdates, food trucks, pawSay hello to Katie Markham. Katie is Wildridge’s full-time lifestyle director who is responsible for creating and planning our community events each month. She has a B.S. in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University, minored in Sports Management and upholds certificates in Professional Event Planning, Hospitality Management and Tourism Management.
Katie spends her spare time involved in her local church, wedding/event coordinating, attending sporting events, cooking, and playing golf. She enjoys a good cup of coffee, loves to travel, and will celebrate anything and everyone!s & pups picnic, ice cream social, karaoke, dive-in movie, holiday stroll, silent disGLOW and cultural events like Diwali.
Community Manager
Meet Will Moore, our onsite community manager. Will offices at The Haven and handles the business of the homeowners’ association (HOA) in addition to community event support. He has over ten years of HOA Management experience and prides himself on building strong community relationships. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three wonderful children. Together, they enjoy going to movies, going out to dinner, and hosting backyard pool parties with family and friends.
