The new phase of Wildridge will reside entirely within the Denton Independent School District. The prestigious district was founded in 1882 and today services over 32,000 enrolled students from 18 different North Texas cities and communities. State-of-the-art classrooms help facilitate a positive culture of learning and growth. And an overall student-teacher ratio of 13:1, according to 2022-2023 school data, provides a high-touch learning environment.
Providence Elementary
Opened in 2004, the student population of Providence Elementary is approximately 660 and the school serves PK – 5. There are roughly 50 full-time teachers, 90.5% with 3 or more years’ experience, providing a student-teacher ratio is 14:1. The acclaimed school even offers its students the opportunity to advance their education in several extracurriculars, such as art club, student council, orchestra, and more.


Rodriguez MIddle School
Opened in 2017, the student population of Rodriguez Middle School is about 980 and the school serves grades 6 – 8. There are 70 equivalent full-time teachers and 3 full-time school counselors, 74% with 3 or more years’ experience, providing a student-teacher ratio of 14:1.
The 176,100-square-foot state-of-the-art campus features open-concept learning spaces, AVID Curriculum, and extracurriculars like athletics, fine arts, and National Junior Honor Society.
Ray Braswell High School
Opened in 2016, the student population of Braswell High School is 2,767 and the school serves grades 9 – 12. There are approximately 180 equivalent full-time teachers (providing a 16:1 student-teacher ratio) who average 9.1 years’ experience and deliver a 97% four-year graduation rate. The school is inspired by the 4 ‘C’s’ of learning (communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking).
